We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. More importantly, you will be in a small team responsible for the company growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales channels, targe6ng residen6al and commercial property owners.

  • Conduct research to identify government incen6ves and customer needs, informing strategic business development.

  • Grow a client database within your territory, fostering strong client relationships.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals and attend industry events to expand business reach and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Act as a client consultant, offering detailed knowledge of EV charging solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Skillfully negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client sa6sfac6on and maximizing company profits.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales results and ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to interact with people with strong communication and nego6a6on skills with a result-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage customer relationships and openness to feedback.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

  • Ability to work under extremely high pressure.

  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments quickly to achieve goals.

  • Familiarity with the real estate, EV industry, and other clean energy solutions is a plus.

  • Experiences as a sales representative, sales manager, or similar role, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas is a plus.
