How do I start charging my car/How do I use your device?
Just tap your phone, watch, resident fob, or ID card at the charger to begin. If its your first log-in you may be asked to provide payment information in the app. After you have done so no extra steps are required.


What if WiFi or cellular service goes down?
Pando outlets still work without a network. You can always start a session with tap-to-charge.


Do I need to download an app?
Yes and No. Charging can be activated directly with NFC tap from your phone, watch, or existing access card. However, for your first log-in you must download the app and put in payment information, once complete, you can load your digital card to your phone's wallet or use other alternative methods like a company-issued NFC card. 


Is Pando reliable?
Yes. Our outlets are tested to last over 15,000 plug cycles, which equals 40 years of lifetime under day-to-day usage. We provide lifetime warranty for devices that are under subscription.


What’s the price per kWh?

Pando Electric doesn’t set any of the prices. It’s completely dependent on the property.


Who do I contact if my device isn’t working?

Pando will be automatically alerted if there’s a failure in any of the devices. Most problems require a simple reboot and can be solved remotely. 


I don’t see my device in my app.

Please contact your property manager to get access to the Pando Smart Outlets. Make sure you have your Account ID ready, which should be either your email address or phone number. Once your property manager completes the registration process, the device will be visible in your app after refreshing the screen.
