What support does Pando provide?

We provide ongoing support for property managers and residents to ensure a smooth experience.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All Pando hardware and software come with warranty coverage and updates.

What if technology changes in the future?

Pando products are modular, upgradeable, and designed to expand as EV adoption grows.
For EV Drivers (Residents)

How do I start charging my car/How do I use your device?

Just tap your phone, watch, resident fob, or ID card at the charger to begin. If its your first log-in you may be asked to provide payment information in the app. After you have done so no extra steps are required.

What if WiFi or cellular service goes down?

Pando outlets still work without a network. You can always start a session with tap-to-charge.

Do I need to download an app?

Yes and No. Charging can be activated directly with NFC tap from your phone, watch, or existing access card. However, for your first log-in you must download the app and put in payment information, once complete, you can load your digital card to your phone’s wallet or use other alternative methods like a company-issued NFC card.
Pando Electric Account

How to create a Pando Electric account?

Download the Pando Electric app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and follow the instructions in the app. If you can’t find the app, make sure your account region is set to the United States.

I can’t log in to my account

Ensure you are using the correct Account ID (email address or phone number). The password is case-sensitive. Use “Forgot Password” to reset your password, if needed. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find your verification code for account registration.

I don’t see the devices in my app

Pando Smart Outlets’ access is controlled by your property. Make sure you talk to your property manager, so that they can grant you access to the devices. Make sure you have your Account ID (the email address or phone number you used to sign up with Pando) and parking spot number ready to present to your property manager. Once your property manager grants you the device access, you will see it in your app after refreshing.
Charging Sessions

I cannot start a charging session

If you’re unable to start a charging session, please follow these steps:

Check the light indicator on the device:

Solid Green: The device is ready for use. Make sure the charging cable is plugged in before powering on the device. The device can be powered on by pressing the virtual power button in your app.

Solid Blue: The device is actively charging. Ensure that the charging cable is fully attached and compatible.

Flashing Blue, or Flashing Green: Do nothing. The device is temporarily offline and will automatically reconnect.

Solid Red, Flashing Red, or No Light: The device is not ready for use. Please contact us or your Property Manager to report the issue.
